Responsibilities
- Perform luxury head spa treatments and scalp therapies
- Educate clients on scalp health and at-home care
- Recommend retail products and service enhancements
- Provide mini facial add-ons and red light wellness-focused treatments
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
- Deliver a five-star guest experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Previous spa, scalp therapy, esthetics, cosmetology, or wellness experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for wellness, self-care, and luxury experiences
- Professional, dependable, and growth-minded
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team culture
