Now hiring an assistant Property Manger to manage single family homes.
Your role will be to coordinate maintenance requests, take pictures of the properties, do condition reports, meet Hud officials for inspections, as well as showings to lease the properties. All the properties are single family homes. In addition, to meet tenants that are delinquent and arrange payment plans with them.
This is a part time role, not a full time role.
We do plan to add additional homes so can lead into a full time role
Compensation is on a per hour basis and we pay with Cashapp, PayPal, or Zelle.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
