Position: Mobile Auto Detailer

Compensation:
- Performance-based pay: $1,200 – $1,500 per week (typical earnings for full-time detailers hitting production targets)
- 100% of tips

Schedule & Work Location
- Schedule: 4 Days/Week
- Shift Length: 10–12 hours
- Start Time: 7:00 AM (typical finish between 6:00 – 8:00 PM)
- Location: 8708 S. Congress Ave Austin, TX 78745 (report here daily)
This role runs on a 4-day schedule with three shift groups. You'll be assigned one shift — you stay on the same shift week to week, with the same days off every week and a built-in 3-day weekend. One week per month, your shift will include a Sunday, making it a 5-day work week that week.
Shift Structure (you'll be assigned one of the following):
- Shift A: Monday – Thursday
- Shift B: Wednesday – Saturday
- Shift C: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Each workday begins at our shop, where you'll pick up your assigned company vehicle and supplies. At the end of your shift, you'll return the van and equipment to the shop.

Qualifications
- Detailing experience is required
- Customer service or hands-on work experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
