Position: Speech Therapist (SLP)
Shift: PRN
Pay Rate: Up to $57/hour

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech therapy services and make a meaningful impact on our residents’ quality of life.
Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations in accordance with physician orders.
Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans, including short- and long-term goals, frequency, duration, and therapeutic interventions.
Obtain and manage physician orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
Deliver innovative, evidence-based therapy services tailored to each resident’s needs.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
Master’s degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Communication Disorders from an ASHA-accredited university.
Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state (as applicable).
Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing home or skilled nursing facility (SNF).
Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a compassionate approach to care.
