Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic services to clients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive- communication and feeding/swallowing disorders. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, fluency, voice, cognitive-communication and feeding/swallowing evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in a clinic or teletherapy setting.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure optimal client progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions as needed—free coffee involved!
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations. Bonus for both!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (because talking is kind of our thing).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms.
