Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires expertise in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring that all electrical installations and repairs are performed safely and efficiently.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential environments.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using various tools, including ohmmeters, hand tools, and power tools.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and electrical codes during installations and repairs.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Experience as a residential electrician with knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools for various tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
