You'll work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload including:

Post-operative orthopedic patients
-
Total joint replacements
-
Sports injuries
-
Neck and back pain
-
Manual therapy patients
-
General musculoskeletal conditions
As a PRN Physical Therapist, you'll deliver individualized care while supporting multiple outpatient clinics throughout the Frederick area.
Responsibilities include:
-
Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Deliver evidence-based one-on-one care
-
Utilize manual therapy techniques when appropriate
-
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
-
Document care using EMR
-
Adapt to different clinic teams and patient populations
-
Collaborate with therapists and referring providers to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
-
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Current Maryland Physical Therapy license
-
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
-
Minimum one year of outpatient orthopedic experience or strong orthopedic/manual therapy clinical rotations
-
Manual therapy experience
-
Experience treating a variety of orthopedic diagnoses
-
Ability to work independently across multiple clinic locations
