Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a Project Manager to manage residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects involving water, fire, mold, and property damage.
This is a great opportunity for someone with project management experience who is ready to grow their career in restoration.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage assigned restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, vendors, and material deliveries
- Visit job sites to monitor progress and quality
- Meet with homeowners and provide project updates
- Manage schedules and keep projects moving forward
- Complete quality checks before work progresses to the next trade
- Document job status, photos, notes, and project updates
- Support budgets, job costing, and project reporting
- Coordinate materials and help resolve issues in the field
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✓ Experience in restoration, reconstruction, insurance repair, or construction project management preferred
✓ Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
✓ Strong communication and customer service skills
✓ Comfortable working primarily in the field
✓ Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
✓ Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic
✓ Coachable and willing to learn from experienced leadership
✓ Xactimate or Symbility experience is a plus
✓ Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
