Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) in Othello, Washington.

SCHEDULE

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: $75,000-$105,000 annually
- Production bonus: $20 per wRVU after 1,250
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $10,000 relocation assistance

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy services within outpatient setting
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized pediatric therapy treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Support children and families through patient-centered therapy interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely therapy documentation
- Participate in mission-driven care initiatives serving community pediatric populations
