All Concepts Roofing is hiring experienced Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners protect and restore their homes throughout Central Oregon.
If you've been successful selling solar, pest control, alarms, fiber, home improvement, windows, or other outside sales products, this is an opportunity to leverage your sales experience in a high-ticket industry with significant earning potential.
You'll generate your own opportunities, inspect roofs, educate homeowners, and guide customers through the insurance restoration or retail roofing process from start to finish. Our team provides the training, support, and leadership to help experienced sales professionals maximize their income.
What You'll Do
- Prospect residential neighborhoods and generate new opportunities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify potential damage
- Educate customers on roofing solutions and the insurance restoration process
- Build trust and guide homeowners through the sales process
- Manage customer relationships from inspection through project completion
- Track activity and maintain accurate customer records
- Represent All Concepts Roofing professionally in the community
Compensation
- Average $1,500–$2,000 earned per closed deal
- Uncapped earnings structure

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
- Experience in industries such as:
- Solar
- Pest Control
- Roofing
- Windows
- Alarms
- Fiber/Telecom
- Home Improvement
- Other commission-based outside sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Don't have roofing experience? That's okay. If you've consistently performed in another commission-based outside sales role, we'll teach you the roofing industry.
