What You'll Do
-
Consult with customers to understand their healthcare needs
-
Educate consumers on health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options
-
Recommend and enroll customers in the health plan that best fits their needs

Build trust through a consultative sales approach
-
Meet or exceed performance, quality, attendance, and schedule adherence expectations

Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
What We're Looking For
Required
-
Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License
-
Fluent in English and Spanish
-
Minimum 2 years of health insurance sales experience, either with an insurance carrier, agency, brokerage, or individual sales environment
-
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
-
ACA/Marketplace health insurance sales experience
