The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting and selling finance and insurance products, and ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, lender, manufacturer, and dealership requirements. This position works closely with the Sales Department, lenders, and guests to provide financing solutions while maximizing profitability, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional guest experience.
