Larch Early Childhood Care is a small preschool in Helena, MT providing services for children ages 2-6. We are a creative and supportive work enviroment providing a warm space for all.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in education and a commitment to helping kids reach their full potential. This position would work with our lead teacher to manage classroom activities, crafts, play, providing guidance and support to children. We are looking for someone who is patient, organized, with good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Create an atmosphere of respect and rapport with students.
- Motivate students to learn and participate in classroom activities.
- Assess student performance and progress on a regular basis.
Job Type: Full-time
