Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Front Desk and Back Rehab Assistant, where your energy and dedication will directly enhance patient experiences and support effective care. In this vital role, you will serve both as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointment scheduling, patient intake, and ensuring a welcoming environment. You will also assist supporting clinicians with patient care and therapy exercises. Your proactive approach and compassionate communication will contribute to positive outcomes and patient satisfaction every day.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining strict confidentiality of patient records
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups efficiently to optimize clinic flow
- Assist clinicians with rehabilitation exercises in accordance with safety protocols
- Support therapeutic activities by preparing treatment rooms, handling therapy equipment, and ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Provide excellent patient care by addressing questions, explaining procedures clearly, and offering emotional support during visits
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress notes, treatment plans, and medical terminology in compliance with healthcare standards
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication between front desk operations and rehabilitation services
Requirements - Preferred but not all necessary* Staff Training Ongoing
- Proven experience in patient service roles within healthcare settings such as hospitals or outpatient clinics
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and physiotherapy practices to assist effectively in rehabilitation care
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care processes
- CPR certification and acute care experience are highly desirable to ensure readiness for emergency situations
- Strong client communication skills with a focus on maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while providing compassionate patient care

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
