Description:
We're seeking a dependable Vehicle Preparation Specialist to support our rental operations in Provo and the surrounding area. This hands-on position focuses on getting rental vehicles customer-ready by maintaining a clean, professional appearance and identifying any issues that may need attention before a vehicle goes back into service.
The right candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at a steady pace. This role includes both indoor and outdoor work and requires someone who can stay productive in changing weather conditions.

Prepare rental vehicles for customer pickup by completing interior and exterior cleaning tasks.

Vacuum carpets and seats, clean surfaces, sanitize high-touch areas, and remove debris from vehicles.

Examine vehicles after cleaning and communicate noticeable damage or vehicle concerns to the appropriate team member.

Drive and position vehicles throughout the rental facility as needed.

Keep cleaning areas, equipment, and supplies neat, stocked, and ready for use.

Prioritize vehicles based on upcoming reservations and operational needs.

Use cleaning products, equipment, and tools in accordance with safety guidelines.

Follow company procedures related to vehicle handling, workplace safety, and customer service standards.

Requirements:
Weekend availability is required. MUST WORK SUNDAYS.-
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history, with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents during the previous three years.

Ability to safely operate a variety of rental vehicles, including cars, SUVs, and passenger vans.

Reliable attendance and the ability to complete assigned work with limited supervision.

Strong organizational skills and a careful eye for detail.

Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and regularly walk, bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the work area.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Willingness to work outside in hot, cold, wet, or otherwise changing weather conditions.
