We need Brand Ambassadors who want to work in a growth focused environment with uncapped earning potential.
Your role is simple but impactful: start meaningful conversations with homeowners, introduce them to our remodeling services, and schedule their free expert consultation. No selling, no pressure, just real conversations that change lives and homes.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent Tailored Remodeling at community events, trade shows, and partner locations
- Engage potential customers by asking about their homes and remodeling goals
- Explain how our expert team can help them design their dream bathroom, kitchen, and more
- Schedule free, no-obligation consultations
- Provide a warm, professional, and trustworthy first impression of our company
What You’ll Get:
- Paid Training: We will make sure you are fully prepared before hitting the field!
- Hourly Wage: Starting at $15 per hour plus weekly & monthly bonuses.
- Weekly Pay: You get paid every Friday.
- Performance-Based Bonuses:
- Weekly Bonuses: Based on the number of qualified leads generated.
- Monthly Bonuses: Tied to the overall sales conversions from your leads.
Note: Our aggressive bonus structure is designed to enable dedicated team members to achieve annual earnings between $50,000 and $70,000.

- Reliable, and goal-oriented
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
