We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving members and guests of the club, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service/bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation and bussing tables as needed to support the restaurant team.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage tabs for customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink pairings for guests.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
