Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our client's Cleveland-based practice. This position offers the opportunity to manage complex matters, collaborate on strategic litigation initiatives, and play a meaningful role in trial preparation and client advocacy. The role involves managing litigation matters with partner oversight and is designed for attorneys developing independent case management skills.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation.
- Oversee day-to-day case activity while contributing to broader litigation strategy and case management planning.
- Attend and conduct depositions, settlement conferences, court hearings, and related proceedings.
- Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
- Prepare comprehensive client reports and case analyses.
- Assist in all aspects of trial preparation, including strategy development, discovery management, document and records review, client interviews, and witness preparation.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of litigation experience required.
- Experience in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters preferred.
- Demonstrated experience taking and defending depositions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
