Key Responsibilities:
- You will own the success of the restaurant, from team development to financial performance
- Build, coach, and develop a strong team of managers and team members
- Set clear expectations and hold your team accountable to high standards
- Drive sales growth while managing labor, inventory, and overall cost control
- Create a positive, structured, and high-performing team culture
- Lead from the front jumping in wherever needed to support your team
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support and grow catering and bakery operations
- Partner with leadership to execute company goals and continuous improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced restaurant leader (General Manager or strong Assistant GM ready to step up)
- Proven track record of building teams, improving performance, and driving results
- Hands-on leadership style—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Accountable and dependable—you take ownership and follow through
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in breakfast and/or catering operations is a plus
