KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to trucking companies and owner-operators—100+ outbound calls
- Prospect, qualify, and close new factoring accounts
- Control the full sales cycle from first call to signed agreement
- Educate prospects on factoring, rates, advance terms, and cash flow benefits
- Handle objections such as “I already factor” or “Your rates are too high”
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Consistently hit daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals
- Work closely with credit and onboarding teams to close deals quickly
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of outbound inside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Comfortable making 80–120+ calls per day
- Proven ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Strong closing instincts and sense of urgency
- Competitive mindset with a desire to earn SPIFFS
- Coachable and accountable
- Experience in transportation, factoring, finance, MCA, or freight brokerage is a plus
