Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team and oversee the delivery of high-quality ABA services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's development by managing daily operations, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the implementation of effective behavioral programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience working with children with autism and other disabilities, and a passion for fostering growth in a supportive environment.
Duties
- Lead and manage the clinical team, including BCBAs, behavior technicians, and support staff, to ensure the delivery of exceptional ABA therapy services.
- Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, compliance, and quality assurance to maintain high standards of care.
- Supervise and support BCBA staff in conducting behavioral assessments, functional analyses, diagnostic evaluations, and data collection to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate medical documentation, patient records, HIPAA compliance, and timely completion of progress notes and reports.
- Coordinate intake processes for new clients, including initial assessments and development of treatment plans aligned with family goals.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes professional growth, ongoing education, and adherence to best practices in behavioral health.
- Maintain open communication with families to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or questions about treatment strategies.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential.
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical or center-based setting working with children with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Extensive experience working with children who have developmental disabilities using applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Strong knowledge of behavioral psychological assessments, functional assessments, data collection methods, and behavioral health principles.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA regulations, and documentation standards.
- Experience working in home-based settings or providing home-based behavioral interventions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with families, staff, and external providers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in patient care and documentation.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
