- Helping clients find the right coverage for their situation

- Building a consistent pipeline without burnout

Compensation:
- Average first-year earnings: $75,000 – $150,000
- (Yes, average—not inflated numbers from the top 10%)
- Top 10% of agents are earning $250,000 – $350,000

Requirements:
- Active life insurance license (or currently working on it)
- Strong communication skills
