Innovated Partners LLC is expanding its network of experienced E-Learning Developers, Instructional Designers, Education Consultants, and Learning Technology Professionals to support future government contracting opportunities.
We are seeking highly qualified independent contractors and subcontractor firms with demonstrated experience designing engaging digital learning solutions for K–12 schools, school districts, education organizations, and leadership teams.
Qualified professionals may support initiatives involving instructional design, curriculum development, professional learning, leadership development, coaching, school culture improvement, behavioral and leadership assessments, education technology implementation, data dashboards, reporting, and implementation support.
Responsibilities
Depending on project needs, contractors may be asked to:
- Design engaging online learning courses and digital instructional content.
- Develop standards-aligned K–12 curriculum and instructional materials.
- Create interactive e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools.
- Support professional development programs for teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders.
- Develop leadership development and coaching resources.
- Assist with school wide culture and climate improvement initiatives.
- Support behavioral and leadership assessment implementation.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support continuous improvement.
- Assist with implementation planning, change management, and adoption strategies.
- Configure and support learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams while meeting project schedules and quality standards.
- Prepare documentation, training guides, and instructional resources.
Experience
Candidates should possess:
- Direct experience supporting K–12 schools, districts, or educational organizations.
- Experience designing digital learning, online courses, or instructional content.
- Demonstrated training delivery and facilitation experience.
- Curriculum development and instructional design expertise.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting educational technology or digital learning platforms.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote project environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference may be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
- Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Schoology, Google Classroom, or similar)
- Articulate Storyline 360
- Rise 360
- Adobe Captivate
- Camtasia
- SCORM and xAPI content development
- ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design frameworks
- Section 508 and WCAG accessibility compliance
- Educational data analysis and dashboard reporting
- School improvement planning
- Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
- Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
- Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)
- Leadership coaching
- Organizational change management
- Federal, state, or local education projects
- Small business or government subcontracting experience

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Denver, CO 80202
