Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the frontline force driving product visibility and market penetration for our clients. You’ll visit stores within your assigned geography to build relationships, execute key sales initiatives, and ensure our partners’ products are perfectly positioned for success.
Key Responsibilities
Store Visits & Territory Management
- Conduct regular store visits within your assigned territory to service existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
- Proactively seek and open new retail doors to expand product availability and brand footprint.
- Drive in-store execution by ensuring proper product placement, shelf management, pricing accuracy, and brand-compliant merchandising.
Sales Growth & Merchandising Execution
- Increase product sales volume, optimize distribution points, and secure premium shelf space and additional placements.
- Launch, manage, and support in-store marketing and promotional initiatives to increase visibility and sell-through.
- Ensure that brand assets and displays are executed flawlessly and consistently across all retail locations.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, department leads, and other key retail partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador and reliable partner to ensure mutual success and long-term collaboration.
Data Capture & Insights
- Collect and report data on product performance, shelf positioning, and competitor activity.
- Share insights with internal teams to inform strategy and identify areas for growth or improvement.
Retail Education & Support
- Ability to deliver product knowledge education to store staff.
- Equip retailers with tools, talking points, and materials to drive product awareness and on-site sales.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in consumer packaged goods, beverage, or convenience retail preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and represent brand values with professionalism.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
Compensation:
$18 per store visit (store visits are approximately 30 min)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
