Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. Duties
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
- Develop detailed process flow diagrams and documentation using 3D CAD modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to visualize workflows and facilitate communication across teams.
- Collaborate with design engineers to integrate building code analysis and construction regulations into process designs, ensuring full building code compliance.
- Conduct building code analysis to verify adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices during process development.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing or construction processes by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and safety personnel.
- Monitor process performance through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency while maintaining compliance.
- Provide technical expertise on building information modeling (BIM) tools and other software platforms to support design engineering efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in process engineering within manufacturing or construction environments.
- Strong technical proficiency with building code analysis, BIM tools, 3D CAD modeling, and process simulation software.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and building code compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems using design engineering principles and technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and documenting technical processes clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Pay: $88,397.92 - $160,000.00 per year
