JEI Learning Center of Naples is seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic instructor to teach students in our homeschool and after-school programs. The schedule may include morning homeschool instruction as well as afternoon and evening after-school sessions. We are primarily looking for someone with a strong math background, including middle school math, Pre-Algebra, and Algebra, who is also comfortable teaching English as needed.
Position Details
Part-time: Approximately 10 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as enrollment grows
Flexible weekday and Saturday scheduling
Pay: $20–$28 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
No lesson planning required—all curriculum and teaching materials are provided
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of middle school math, including Pre-Algebra and Algebra
- Comfortable teaching both Math and English using the JEI curriculum
- Tutoring or teaching experience preferred
- Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
- Enjoys working with children and supporting their individual learning needs
- Must successfully pass a Florida Level 2 background screening
