Sacristan Job Summary:
The Sacristan performs duties which are concerned with the care and upkeep of the Main Chapel and Sacristies. Prepare the chapel for Liturgy and for para-liturgical functions. Assures the availability of the Chapel to patients, visitors, staff and FMM Sisters.
Sacristan Responsibilities:

Setting up for Liturgies

Caring for altar linens and vestments by changing and launders them as needed

Maintains vigilance over maintenance and housekeeping of Chapel Sacristies

Assists the with distribution of the Eucharist as needed

Changes holy water fonts on a weekly basis

Post schedules for Masses

Keep inventory of supplies and reorders

Takes care of flowers for altar and other duties as required

Minimum – high school diploma or equivalent required
Posted Salary Range: USD $18.82 - USD $20.63 /Hr. :
