About the Role
Ragland Reign Productions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support commercial, branded, and creative productions in the Phoenix area.
The ideal candidate has hands-on production coordination experience and is comfortable supporting all aspects of production logistics, crew coordination, scheduling, and on-set operations. In addition, candidates should have experience capturing behind-the-scenes photography and video content that can be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
While this role includes BTS content capture, the majority of the position is focused on production coordination and ensuring productions run smoothly from start to finish. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage production responsibilities while also documenting the production process when needed.
This is a freelance, part-time opportunity requiring approximately 3–4 hours per shoot, typically once per month, with the potential for additional production days as projects expand.
Responsibilities
- Assist with shoot logistics and day-of production support
- Coordinate talent, crew, schedules, and production timelines
- Manage call sheets, production documents, and shoot-day communications
- Ensure production needs are anticipated and addressed proactively
- Support producers and directors with administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain detailed organization before, during, and after productions
- Help create a seamless, high-level client experience on set
- Assist with craft services coordination, supply runs, pickups, and other production support tasks as needed
- Support crew, vendors, talent, and clients throughout the production process
- Capture professional behind-the-scenes photography during productions
- Record BTS video footage for social media, marketing, and promotional use
- Document key production moments, crew interactions, and set operations
- Deliver organized media files following each production
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Production Coordinator, Assistant Production Coordinator, Production Assistant, or similar production support role
- Strong understanding of film, television, commercial, branded content, live event, or digital media production workflows
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional communication skills and a polished demeanor
- Experience working with executive-level, luxury, corporate, or high-profile clientele preferred
- Experience capturing professional photography and video content, preferably in a production, event, or behind-the-scenes environment
- Familiarity with professional camera systems and content delivery workflows
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments
- Reliable transportation required
Preferred Qualifications
- Own professional camera equipment for BTS photo/video capture
- Experience supporting commercial, documentary, branded content, corporate, or celebrity-driven productions
- Familiarity with production management software and scheduling tools
- Experience managing production paperwork, call sheets, and crew coordination
- Basic photo and video editing skills are a plus
