Our rapidly expanding private dental practice is seeking a dedicated, skilled, and patient-focused Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our amazing team. What You’ll Do
- Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures with efficiency and precision
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Take traditional and digital (3D) impressions
- Capture high-quality diagnostic images including dental radiographs, panoramic images, CBCT scans, and intra-oral photos
- Accurately chart existing conditions and recommended treatment plans
- Educate patients on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene practices
- Support front office flow, including scheduling and coordinating patient care as needed
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Active Expanded Functions (EFDA) Certification
- Certification and proficiency in dental radiology
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
