Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Improve ADL performance and independence.
- Document patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation staff.
Qualifications
- Active California OT License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- SNF experience preferred
