Overview
We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. This role involves helping individuals and families understand their protection needs and providing guidance on available insurance solutions. No prior insurance experience is required. Training and support are available for qualified candidates.
This position may be a good fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, building professional relationships, learning new skills, and managing their own schedule.
Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to discuss their insurance needs.
- Explain available life insurance products in a clear and professional manner.
- Conduct appointments in person or through virtual platforms.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up with individuals and provide ongoing customer service.
- Complete required applications and documentation accurately.
- Maintain organized client records.
- Participate in training and professional development.
- Follow company and industry guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable communicating with new people.
- Must be willing to obtain the required Life Insurance License or already hold an active license.
- Licensing support will be available for qualified candidates.
- Customer service, insurance, or related experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass the background requirements.

Work Location
