At Apex Leadership Co., we partner with schools across DFW to create unforgettable leadership and fitness fundraising experiences for students through high-energy events, character-building lessons, school pep rallies, obstacle courses, games, music, and nonstop campus excitement.
This is not a desk job. This is not a “sit around and watch the clock” kind of job.
Every day you’ll be encouraging kids, building relationships, hyping up schools, and helping create experiences students remember for years.

What You’ll Do
As part of the Apex Team, you’ll travel to elementary and middle schools across North DFW for 2-week programs where you’ll help lead:
- Pep rallies & school-wide events
- Leadership and character lessons
- Obstacle course & fitness event days
- Classroom visits
- Recess games and student interaction
- Music, prizes, challenges, and school hype
- Event setup and breakdown
You’ll work alongside an energetic team that genuinely loves what they do.

Compensation & Growth
- Starting Pay: $750/week
- Team Lead bonus opportunities up to an additional $200 per program
- Full-time position

Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Full availability during school hours (Monday–Friday)
- Driver’s License required
- Must be able to commute to North DFW schools
