Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer any questions they may have
- Assist customers with their printing, packing, and shipping needs
- Ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing
- Maintain a neat workspace and assist with other store operations as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience
- Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems and business printing needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
