Position Summary
DayaMed is seeking an experienced Regional Healthcare Sales Executive to drive growth through strategic provider partnerships. This role is designed for a proven healthcare sales professional who already possesses an established network of physician practices, healthcare executives, and decision-makers.
The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of selling healthcare services, technology, or clinical solutions into provider organizations and can leverage existing relationships to generate opportunities immediately. We are not seeking someone who needs to build a network from scratch, we are looking for a high-performing sales professional who can hit the ground running.
This position offers substantial earning potential, executive visibility, and the opportunity to directly impact the growth trajectory of a rapidly expanding healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing healthcare network to introduce DayaMed's services to qualified organizations.
- Build relationships with physicians, practice administrators, CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CFOs, and other executive leaders.
- Identify provider groups that would benefit from RPM, CCM, APCM, BHI, and related programs.
- Conduct discovery meetings and executive-level presentations.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Negotiate agreements and close new strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with implementation and clinical teams to ensure successful program launches.
- Represent DayaMed at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Consistently achieve revenue, enrollment, and growth targets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful healthcare sales, business development, provider relations, healthcare technology sales, or related experience.
- Demonstrated success selling into physician practices, health systems, specialty groups, ACOs, MSOs, or healthcare organizations.
- Established network of healthcare decision-makers and provider relationships.
- Proven ability to generate business through relationship-driven selling.
- Strong executive presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
