Job Description
· Oversee all materials and production management functions, including planning, storage, control, and distribution of materials and finished products to meet company objectives and customer requirements
· Direct and administer inventory control, shipping and receiving, and master planning functions across the organization
· Manage a team of 3 direct reports consisting of planners, providing leadership and development guidance
· Partner cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to analyze demand planning and schedule products based on customer demand and lead times
· Collaborate with the broader team to establish and refine planning processes, driving a transition toward a more data-driven planning function
Key Requirements
· Minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment involving metal products
· BS Degree required
· Proven expertise in strong planning and demand planning disciplines
