Responsibilities
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Assist in discharge planning by educating patients and their families on post-care instructions.
- Provide care for patients with infectious diseases, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Administer basic life support as required in emergency
- Deliver assisted living/memory care nursing care, including wound medication administration.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Skills
- Proficient in monitoring vital signs and recognizing changes in patient conditions.
- Strong understanding of discharge planning processes and patient education techniques.
- Knowledgeable in infectious disease management and prevention strategies.
- Certification in basic life support (BLS) is essential.
- Ability to adhere to healthcare standards within various settings
