Hosts
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Greet all guests with a cheerful smile and attitude
- Seat guests following rotation to ensure prompt service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service area
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Answer all phone calls and stay up to date on all restaurant happenings
Experience:
- Previous experience in a food service role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively help customers and communicate with the restaurant team
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations and guest relations
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
- Excellent customer service skills, including phone etiquette
