Must be proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
Duties include communication with tenants, owners and vendors. Walking properties 1-2 times per month. Schedule work and request quotes. Meet vendors onsite when necessary. Keep files updated. On call after hours for emergencies.
Candidate must possess good written and verbal skills, be detail oriented & able to multi-task and have a positive attitude.
