PRN and Part Time Schedule: Every Friday and Saturday

Pennypack Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking for 2 compassionate, experienced, and dependable RN Supervisors to join our team on a part-time basis every Friday and Saturday and PRN.

Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical operations during assigned shifts
Ensure quality resident care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as needed
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly address or report changes in status
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to LPNs and CNAs
Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Ensure compliance with facility policies and all state and federal regulations
Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
