We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HVAC CAD & Revit Designer to join our Design & BIM team. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate HVAC and mechanical piping drawings and 3D models to support our medium to large-scale construction projects.
The HVAC CAD & Revit Designer will work closely with project managers, engineers, fabrication shops, and field teams to ensure systems are coordinated, constructible, and compliant with applicable codes and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems, experience with fabrication-driven design, and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and related BIM and collaboration tools. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, high-profile projects while growing within a leading mechanical contractor.
