Looking for a Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager to Join the Red Bird Team!

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager who leads by example, takes ownership, and is passionate about developing people while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Create weekly schedules and manage labor efficiently.
- Manage inventory, food ordering, receiving, and minimize food waste.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, food safety, and brand compliance at all times.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest concerns.
- Hold team members accountable while fostering a positive, respectful workplace culture.
- Analyze restaurant performance and manage labor, food cost, and operating expenses.
- Grow sales through local store marketing, community engagement, and catering/corporate orders.
- Represent the Red Bird brand with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred).
- Current Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent), or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience with scheduling, inventory management, food ordering, labor management, and cost control.
- Ability to lead with integrity, hold others accountable, and maintain high operational standards.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Restaurant Hours
- Sunday-Thursday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Friday-Saturday: 11:00 AM - Midnight
Weekend availability is required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
