Oak House Med Spa is seeking a friendly, polished, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our growing wellness and aesthetic practice.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a luxury experience for every patient. As the first and last point of contact, you play a vital role in ensuring each patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out
- Process payments and membership transactions
- Educate patients on services, memberships, and promotions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support daily office operations and team workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling software or EMR systems is a plus
- Previous medical spa, aesthetic, healthcare, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
