Duties
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration and understanding of company policies and culture.
- Administer employee evaluation and performance management systems to support ongoing development and recognition efforts.
- Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and workers' compensation regulations.
- Lead HR projects related to organizational design, change management initiatives, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to align workforce strategies with business goals.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws, HR legal standards, and regulatory requirements across all HR functions.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Coaching, writeups and paperwork for all related activities around employees.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, workforce management, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Paychex, Ceridian, Kronos, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing, employee relations, conflict management, and personnel administration.
- Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM), Excel data analysis for reporting purposes, and administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
