2 year experience California RN Licenses, ACLS and BCLS . Candidate is fully aligned with Hospital's Mission, Vision, and Values. Staff is expected to keep Patient/Family/Staff experience and Clinical quality of care indicators such as decreased pressure ulcer, decreased falls , foley/line infection; Patient Throughput; as well as Teamwork; Team-Building and Staff retention as priorities.
