Overview
We are a Learning Center in Boise’s North End that welcomes children 12 weeks to 5 years old. Our program is based on multiple educational philosophies and is unique with a mixed-age interactive classroom and extensive outdoor garden/activity space. Our teacher:student numbers are well within Idaho’s ratio requirements ensuring a dedicated and attentive environment.
We create collaborative and inspiring environments where children explore, create, and grow with the support of engaged educators and families.
Our team is ready to welcome reliable, caring and team-orientated individuals. Applicants must be willing and eligible to obtain an Idaho State Child Care License. Positions curated for motivated, trustworthy, compassionate caregivers.

Responsibilities
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Deliver engaging lessons that promote childhood development, early intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates, behavioral insights, and developmental milestones.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering a nurturing atmosphere that supports childcare best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that integrate special education needs and support early intervention efforts.
- Must be able to proficiently contribute to and maintain a clean and organized physical environment.
Child Care License Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to obtain an Idaho State Child Care License. *This can be completed upon hire.*
- Clean background check through Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Background check includes fingerprinting.
- CPR & First-Aid certification must include pediatric CPR & First-Aid.
- Maintain a professional development record on IdahoSTARS and complete necessary trainings.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
