American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist with at least 3 years of experience for a 13-week day shift contract at a Critical Access Hospital in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.

Work in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Newport, Vermont
-
Cardiopulmonary/Respiratory Therapy department

Day shift hours: 6a–6p, though schedule may vary depending on need
-
3 shifts per week, every other weekend required

Minimum 3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience

Active RRT certification required

Current certifications: ACLS and BLS/BCLS

Vermont state license required if applicable

Personal transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transit in the area

Attendance at department quarterly education sessions is required

The facility is located in Newport, Vermont, a small town on the Canadian border in the Northeast Kingdom region, known for outdoor recreation including hiking, skiing, fishing, and snowmobiling
