Family Works, Inc. is a women-owned community-based agency established in 1990. We provide home-based, community-based, and office-based services to children and families involved with the Indiana Department of Child Services and Juvenile Probation. Our approach is strength-based, family-centered, and focused on helping families recognize their own capabilities and strengths.

Position Overview
Community-Based Case Managers provide direct support and case management services to children and families involved with DCS and probation.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing home-based and community-based case management services
- Supporting families in identifying strengths and achieving goals
- Maintaining monthly documentation and reports
- Collaborating with DCS, probation, schools, and community providers
- Participating in supervision and team staffing
- Utilizing evidence-based and strength-based practices
- Maintaining professional and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Equivalent experience may qualify under DCS standards
- Child welfare or community-based experience welcomed but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to meet background screening requirements
- Availability for afternoons, early evenings, and occasional weekends as needed

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
