RallyStop is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in the success of the store by driving performance, supporting your team, and ensuring that the location runs smoothly and efficiently.
Store Leadership & Operations.
Oversee daily store operations and ensure all processes are followed.
Hire, train, and onboard new team members, and provide ongoing training and support.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Monitor shift balances and ensure timely bank deposits.
Manage inventory levels and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance standards are met—both by supervising and performing tasks as needed.
Step in to cover shifts when necessary to support the team.
Customer Service & Store Standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the team upholds RallyStop’s guest-first culture.
Operate the cash register efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized store.
Maintain clean and stocked fuel islands, coolers, and product shelves.
Receive, scan, and organize vendor deliveries using proper inventory controls.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including age-restricted sales.
Ensure food safety standards are followed (where applicable).
Maintenance & Support.
Contact and follow up with contractors, tech support, and other service providers as needed.
Monitor and support store profitability in collaboration with the Area Manager.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to work flexible hours, cover shifts, including nights and weekends when needed. Prior retail or convenience store experience is a plus, but not required
Prior management experience of 2 years preferred.
