Responsibilities:
As part of the Horizon Credit Union team, you will review loan documents, assist members with financial transactions, open accounts for new members as well as branch opening and closing duties. This role works closely with loan officers in the completion and perfection of loan documents within the origination process. Cross-sell products and services when appropriate. Answers incoming overflow calls to assist members and completing vault operation procedures. Strong ability to work with other departments in completing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
