RV Service Technician — Full Time
Dixie RV Doctor | St. George, UT
$20–$50/hour, based on experience (most experienced techs land in the $28–$38 range)
Dixie RV Doctor is growing, and we're looking for an experienced RV Service Technician to join our team. You'll split your time between our shop and mobile service calls — working on RVs both in-house and on the road throughout the St. George area, from Cedar City down to Mesquite, Nevada.
What you'll be doing:
- Diagnosing and repairing RV systems: electrical, plumbing, appliances, slide-outs, awnings, generators, AC/heating, and more
- Working both in the shop and out in the field on mobile service calls
- Communicating clearly with customers about issues, repairs, and pricing
- Keeping your workspace and service vehicle organized and stocked
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of hands-on RV repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple RV systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working both independently in the field and as part of a shop team
- Good communication skills with customers
